An item I have not noticed discussed is the non-existence of an easy access to the beach where all visitors to said project will want to go at one point or another. With that many more people using the local homes' back yards as an easy access, is sure to incite some private citizens. Also with no sanitary facilities, nor trash receptacles co-joined with lack of safe access, who is liable for safety, clean up and the pollution that will occur, hopefully not the citizens of Cayucos.

Thanks for your great site on this atrocity. I hope we can get this project scaled down at the very least...

Are all the lots involved zoned commercial??

Thanks again,

George S. Cayucos, CA

Hi George,
The issues of your concern have been discussed at our meetings and we have addressed them to The Cayucos Citizens Advisory Council. There is no mitigation proposed to help with these issues as far as we know.

Not all of the lots are commercial, the approximate 2/3rds closest to Old Creek and fronting on both Ocean Blvd. and Orville Ave. are commercial and the others are multi-family.

The "red" are the commercial lots and the "brown" are the multi-family lots.

Thank you for your letter, hope to see you at our next meeting,

Linda
