Dear
Sir/madam:
I
am very concerned about the impact of this proposed project on the
infrastructure of Cayucos. Old Creek Road would be severely congested
due to the enormous increase in the number of people using that main artery
to shop, got to the doctors etc. in Paso Robles and Templeton.
Once
more the size and style of the project is not in line with the neighborhood
and would visually takeover the entrance to Old Creek Road- might as well
name it Newport Way..
The
style takes away from the small town feel of our neighborhoods with that
faux Mediterranean glamour that does not fit the rustic feel of our town.
Lets not destroy Cayucos like others have done to Laguna Beach and
Newport Beach.
